Catering Sales Coordinator (CSC)
Part Time: 20 hours

FREEB!RDS World Burrito is seeking a rock star candidate to develop new catering sales business as well as engage in additional community orientated partnerships. The CSC is a member of the “Street Team” responsible for canvasing within the Houston market to promote catering sales, brand awareness, and assist with Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM). This individual must have an enthusiastic, engaging personality with a “can do” attitude to get the job done.


What’s the gig?

• Visit local spots within the community to share the love of burritos and the FREEB!RDS message
• Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to provide creative and strategic input in local planning; including branding, sales initiative, and community building
• Participate in local restaurant marketing activities and events in the Houston area
• Set up hosted lunches with key businesses and chambers in order to introduce potential clients to FREEB!RDS awesome catering.
• Create brand awareness through the distribution of special announcement flyers, recruitment cards, menus, free stuff (swag)
• Complete weekly recaps of market execution
• Completes all duties as assigned by the Field Marketing Manager

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Requirements
Skills and Requirements:
* Must have 1+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
* Possess a B.A./ B.S. in Marketing or related field
* Strong work ethic, the ability to self-start and motivate, and a proven track record of effectively working cross functionally to achieve a common goal
* Restaurant sales or event planning experience preferred
* Outgoing and engaging personality with a strong passion for field marketing, sales building, and the brand
* Must be willing to travel in Houston and surrounding areas
* Must pass background check and have clean driving record
