Account Specialist
The Reserves Network is hiring a Full Time Account Specialist for our Mentor client who is the leading provider of technology-enabled, integrated interior and exterior property services.
$13.00/hr
Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
Temp to hire with a great company!
Duties include:
- Answering heavy volume of calls, daily customer contact
- Heavy data entry and email with follow up required in both emails and phone calls
- Organize and control operations
Requirements include:
- Must be expert level in Microsoft Excel 2010 and have fast and accurate data entry skills
- Must have experience reporting and charting out of Excel
- Willing to learn and partner with other team members on a growing account
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking is a must
- Effective time management and problem solving skills
- Strong people skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors and employees
