Job Summary

Our Sales Representatives work in a call center environment, and are responsible for handling incoming calls and potentially making outgoing calls to our prospective customers. With each call, our sales representatives are expected to use a consultative sales approach to build trust, rapport and learning about the customers’ needs. In addition, Sales representatives will be required to overcome objectives and meet and exceed established metrics.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Expected to use a consultative sales approach as you build trust and rapport, learning about the customers’ needs in a call center environment
  • Ability to build rapport, use effective questionnaire and overcome objections over the telephone
  • Our sales representative processes a high volume of consumer inquiries and services and resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
  • Professional comportment and demeanor
  • Self-motivated and upbeat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others

Requirements

  • Sales experience, worked in a call center is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Full Time position up to 40 hours per week with flexible working schedule
  • Excellent typing skills. Up to 25 WPH
