At Chick-fil-A, the Manager role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to serve others and help fellow employees achieve their best. Managers are in charge of running the whole organization while on duty.

  • A manager must be flexible with their schedule.
  • They must be proficient in their customer service skills.
  • They must exemplify a team player and have great time management skills.
  • Managers are required to work alongside of team members while managing 12 or more employees at any given time. Therefore, he/she must be diligent at multi-tasking.
  • Responsibilities may include cooking, food prep, running a cash register, bagging orders, and cleaning the lobby along with the restrooms.
  • Managers also need to make sure all food safety standards are met during their shift.
  • In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, Managers gain life experience that will help them in every area of their life.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years or older
  • Must have at least a 2 year degree or 2 years of management experience

Closed Sunday’s
All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
