Delivery Driver - CO

Being a Toppers Delivery Driver is a key component to our business and success! At Toppers Pizza, our Team Members never settle for being bored at work. As a Toppers’ Driver you have the opportunity to drive around listening to music, running orders to customer’s doors, and wowing them with your personality.
 
Now, our drivers do a little more than the above-mentioned duties, and we're not going to promise the job is easy, but it is fun and you can make some killer dough (pun intended). If you have a dependable vehicle that is insured, a clean driving record and a never settle attitude, being a Driver for Toppers is perfect for you.

Requirements:

1. Delivery Drivers must hold a valid license for a minimum of two years and be at least 18 years old
2. Delivery Drivers may not have more than two moving violations in the past two years
3. Delivery Drivers must have a High School diploma or equivalent
4. Toppers will provide a uniform that must be kept clean and worn at all times
5. Delivery Drivers are required to have lit Toppers sign on their vehicle.

Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Drivers must be able to navigate the delivery area safely
2. Delivery Drivers will learn how to answer phones, make product, and cut pizzas

1. Delivery Drivers must have adequate communication skills
2. Delivery Drivers are responsible for dishes that accumulate during their shift

Attributes:

1. Delivery Drivers must be able to work individually as well as in a team-based setting
2. Delivery Drivers are self-motivated
3. Delivery Drivers must be ready to take deliveries at their scheduled start time
4. Delivery Drivers must maintain personal hygiene
5. Delivery Drivers must conduct themselves professionally while on the clock
6. Delivery Drivers must be able to work with each ingredient in the restaurant

Benefits and compensation:

3. Delivery Drivers will make $8.08 while on the road and $11.10 while in the store. Tips and delivery reimbursement are paid in cash daily at the end of the shift
