Description:

We are seeking candidates for our vacant FM/MPS Coordinator - Onsite role in Atlanta, GA. The FM/MPS Coordinator - Onsite supports and understands FM/MPS specific solutions including the ability to identify, recommend and implement administrative, technical and/or document management solutions for ARC's architect, engineering and construction customers. In this role, the Coordinator will execute administrative and technical services on or off customer sites by performing the following duties:

  • Coordinate and execute established daily FM/MPS solutions and services at onsite and offsite customer locations in an assigned territory
  • Communicate solution and service event information to internal and external customers and vendors
  • Coordinate and oversee new FM/MPS customer installs and removals to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with gauging and monitoring solution and service events to help maintain internal and external costs
  • Oversee, coordinate and/or perform the movement, maintenance and repair of equipment and systems to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations
  • Coordinate and/or participates in customer site visits and meetings with customer contact
  • Report and maintain inventory levels to ensure unnecessary interruptions in services are avoided
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, schedules and contracts to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Oversee and manage onsite and regional FM/MPS personnel including daily time and record keeping
  • Assist with the management and scheduling of regional FM/MPS personnel to meet customer volumes and workflows
  • Assist with onsite FM/MPS personnel trainings and recordkeeping including executing tasks according to solution and service event information
  • Maintain established departmental processes; recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of machines
  • Build and foster sound relationships with internal and external customers and vendors
  • Provide clear, proactive responses to customer inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Associate degree, preferred
  • 1-3 years of related administrate and technical managed print services/facilities management experience, including hands-on experience coordinating placement of large and small format machines in customer locations
  • Proficient experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Professional, business level written and oral communication skills including interpersonal skills that yield positive results
  • Proficient problem solving and conflict resolution skills that yield positive results
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and align FM/MPS processes to achieve business results
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, resourcefully with minimal oversight
