Requirements

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Experience or training related to the job is preferred, but not required. Here are the "must have" tools of the trade:

DEPENDABILITY - It all starts here. You'll be the one responsible for your building, so it's important to our customers that they can rely on our employee for their scheduled shift, then that's what you'll be expected to work.

TRANSPORTATION - You'll need to be able to reliably get to and from work each day. This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable driving record. Local travel required.

HONESTY - You either have it or you don't. This is one thing we can't teach.

WILLINGNESS - You'll need to be coachable. We'll gladly teach you the "Jack's Way". You'll be the player in the field that "runs the plays" every day to score points with our customers.

UNDERSTANDING - You'll need to be able to read, write and understand instructions including how to handle cleaning chemicals, basic equipment and supplies and be able to independently maintain quality standards and time guidelines.
