  Job summary:

At Roll, our mission is to make things as easy as possible, and that's where you come in. You'll be the one hopping behind the wheel to transport the customer's vehicle to and from the store for tire installation. This crucial step means our customers are able to get on with their lives while their vehicles are being serviced, making you a time-saving super hero.

Responsibilities:

• Build trust with the customers, ensuring that you will return their vehicles safely, and following up with them upon return.
• Connect with customers, instilling trust in Roll.
• Return every vehicle you drive cleaner than you got it, making sure the interior is cleaned and the tires are shined.

Qualifications and Skills:

• You are an excellent driver, with a clean driving record.
• You are comfortable driving in all weather conditions--rain or shine.
• You are able to work independently, staying on task and following deadlines.
• You know how to interact with others and are able to provide a smiling face and friendly attitude to all customers.
• You can communicate effectively with all necessary contacts, including customers, in order to pick up and deliver vehicles in a timely manner.
• Speaking of time, you can keep track of it, and know how to manage it effectively to meet deadlines.
• You pay attention to your surroundings and are always ready to react appropriately.
• You have a great attitude, and always show respect to both customers and coworkers alike.

Additional Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma/GED.
• This job requires a lot of driving, so it makes sense that you need a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Nobody's perfect, but we would like you to have a satisfactory driving record.
• If you have previous valet experience that would be great, but don't sweat it if you don't.
