About this job

The Assembler will be responsible for building and fitting engines. They will receive the engine in house and then build and add on to the engine. Typically the individual will be working on stock and diesel engines. They will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues with the assemblies and ensure that the engines are fit properly and work with senior techs to test the engine. They can expect to do the wiring, adding radiators, clutches, pumps, depth gauges, exhaust systems etc.They will spend their time in the Headquarter facility and be within the warehouse 100% of the time.

*Building all aspects of power units.
*Staging components, maintaining inventory, assisting in cycle counts, stocking parts
*Communicate and participate in regular team meetings for continuous improvement efforts, as needed.
*Light fabrication and manufacturing potentially required.
*Wiring and controls installation.
*Finished product testing and packaging.
*Apply the ECR and Issues Tracker systems to resolve open issues.
*Utilize the computer to gather build information, create build documentation and track performance metrics.
*Keep work area neat and clean.
*Other duties as assigned.
- Utilizing blueprints to finish assemblies
- Various hand and power tool use

MUST HAVES:

- Prototype assembly experience

- Ability to read/interpret blueprints
