Machine Operator - Chaska Wholesale, MN (full-time)

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for operating the baling machine, preparing product for secondary markets, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Ability to speak and understand English sufficiently to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees and customers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to interact with a very diverse population in a human services setting.
• Perseverance and commitment to getting the job done.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment effectively and efficiently.

Prior Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience required.

Education:

• None required, high school diploma preferred.
