Plaza Maintenance Attendant - Beaver Creek Resort (V) 1 - Full-time / Part-time

The Plaza Maintenance position is responsible for the Attention to Detail of the Village and other pedestrian areas.  This includes management of trash receptacles and cleanliness of the plaza (escalators, trash and recycling receptacles, signage, railings, bus stop shelters, and pavers).  Including, but not limited to cleaning, scraping, polishing, trash pick up, and recycling sorting.  This position is also responsible for covering and uncovering the ice rink on a daily basis and other duties as assigned.

   Qualifications:

• Able to follow direction and be able to abide by company policies - required
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs - required
• Able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, and kneel - required
• Able to speak English conversationally - required
• Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain weather conditions - required
• Able to work weekends and holidays - required
• Knowledge of the Beaver Creek area - preferred
• Able to work overtime - required
• Valid driver's license
