3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor - Full-time

The 3 rd shift Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the picking and loading processes of tires and wheels for all store locations; manage the nightly activities in the assigned warehouse. The goal is to ensure quality/productivity/accuracy targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Duties:

• Control all inventory movements from picking and truck loading through shipment.
• Schedule warehouse associates to meet the demands of the facility to include; staffing, training, evaluation and development
• Plan and assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance standards for the warehouse are met.
• Assure warehouse maintains compliance with company's policies and vision.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product loss control records.
• Communicates with Warehouse Operations Manager and other departments to ensure goals are accomplished.
• Identify and implement warehouse process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Operations Manager, VP / Logistics, SVP/ CFO or SVP / Purchasing.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget and track metrics
• Key Performance Indicators implementation and review
• CPU and improvement opportunities
• Perpetuate the TD culture

Desired Experience:

• Strong customer service experience required
• 3-5 years' warehouse/inventory experience required
• High School diploma or GED required
• Proven warehouse supervision experience
• Leadership skills and ability to supervise associates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Expertise in warehouse supervision procedures and best practices
• Desire and ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment with a positive "can-do" attitude
• Ability to use Microsoft Windows, computer and key boarding skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Forklift certification a plus
