Position Overview:
Are you ready to help our customers look good? The Apparel Salesfloor Teammate is responsible for ensuring our private and name brand apparel is organized and easy to shop. Working on the salesfloor we need you to make sure our racks are full and signed correctly. Your role is to help the customer get what they need. This might be checking on different styles, colors, and sizes we are proud to offer. Training is provided on store process, product knowledge, and suggestive selling techniques. In this position you have a direct impact on how our customers look, their experience, and the store’s bottom line.
Shopko Teammates will be responsible for:
- Help our customers locate apparel on our salesfloor and answering customer questions
- Straightening, folding, and organizing apparel
- Restocking apparel to the salesfloor
- Managing the signing for different sales events
- Support the cashiers during busy times
- Thank our customers for visiting our store

Minimum Knowledge, Experience & Skills Requirements:

- Lift up to 50 pounds when unloading merchandise
