Inside Sales Representative / Call Center / Customer Service

Looking for energetic individuals to join a growing Inside Sales team. Call center environment taking inbound and outbound calls. Hours are between 8am-8pm dependent on the position.

Preferred: Our most qualified Inside Sales candidates will have open availability on evenings and weekends.

Inside Sales Agent Responsibilities:

• Confidently approach warm outbound calls
• Answer inbound calls, emails and web chats from potential customers or past customers and resolve them appropriately and effectively.
• Keeping all customer accounts up-to-date Handling any-and-all customers issues efficiently whilst providing excellent customer service.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to reach competitive daily goals
• Great punctuality and attendance
• Self-starter, able to perform your duties without a lot of supervision

Physical Demands: These physical demands are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, clearly communicate verbally, type, sit, stand, walk and use hands for extended amounts of time as well as use near and distant vision

Base pay of $15 with opportunities to earn bi-monthly bonuses and daily cash spiffs.
