Executive Assistant

Responsibilities


Provides administrative assistance to CFO at the firm including complex activities including meetings, travel, itinerary, telephone coverage, mail handling, processing of letters/correspondence, maintaining files, events/meeting planning, and other department activities.


Manages schedules utilizing MS Outlook (planning/arranging events, meetings, travel arrangements, conference calls, and receptions).


Prioritizing (and organizing) a large volume of information requests and calls.


Manages all confidential and non-routine information in a responsible manner.


Works independently to research and resolve complex issues of both recurring and nonrecurring basis.


Aids in the production (creation, revision, editing, proofing) of departmental reports, presentations and general documents (e.g. business plans, financial statements, presentations.)

Experience & Skill-Set


Must have high level of interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position demands demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy and responsiveness. Also, preferred characteristic of CFO, would be someone with high energy and engaging enthusiasm.


Strong team player, willing to work in a collegial environment, a plus would be an interest in organizing team activities and other food based gatherings, to also include managing expectations of food availability.


This role requires someone that has the ability to be very observant of the C-suite and their schedules, regarding both personal well-being and professional duties.


Ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision, must take ownership of all duties listed.


Highly motivated self-starter with can-do attitude


Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under demanding timeframes.


Impeccable attention to detail and follow through.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.


Package includes fully paid benefits, 10-20% discretionary bonus. Hours are 8am - 6pm.
