First impressions mean everything, and it is important that all Front Desk Agents are ready to assist with a smile! That is where our Front Desk Supervisor comes in, as they contribute to the daily operations by training and directing front desk associates to deliver the best possible guest service, while building associate morale.  

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee all Front Desk Agents, and be their first point of contact with any questions or assistance they may need. You are responsible for helping every guest in every possible way to see that their stay is enjoyable, while effectively resolving all issues that may arise. 

Keys to Success

  • Customer service experience at a hotel or related field is required 
  • Must have flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Requires strong schedule command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
  • Experience managing others teammates is preferred 
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
  • Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
