Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Maintenance Groundskeeper for a customer in Sevierville, TN.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8: 00 am-5: 00 pm with some weekends.
Pay rate is $13-$14 per hour based on experience. Position is temp to hire.
Job Description
Home remodeling and construction experience required
Clean vacant lots
Coordinate new home delivery and set-up, and request any warranty or follow-up work with the Community Manager and manufacturers
Order supplies, tools and equipment (with Management approval)
Maintain all utility facilities within the Community
Maintain community assets including grounds, buildings, equipment, pools, etc.
Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for up to eight (8) hours per day
Required to regularly push, pull, lift or carry 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb ladders.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid documentation is required to complete I-9 Verification.
