Responsibilities:

• Assist Clients with Daily Living Activities
• Provide socialization and stimulating activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Team Member Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age (Mature workers encouraged to apply)
• Be willing to travel to clients within our service area which includes the South Hills of Pittsburgh and portions of Washington County
• Have a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License, clean driving record, reliable vehicle and auto insurance
• Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues and able to lift 25 pounds
• Pass a Comprehensive Background Check and pre-employment drug testing
• Obtain outstanding results from both personal and professional references
