About this job

The purpose of this job is to assist the Sales Process Manager in supporting retail, schools service and affiliate processes, policies, operations, projects and initiatives as designated by the Director of Sales Programs.  

Duty or Responsibility

Assist in the deployment of new pilot programs.

Assist in the identification and creation of pilot test groups.

Open, create, and maintain JIRA tickets for bugs and new enhancements to current systems.

Collect feedback from the field on current issues, hardships, and ideas for improvements. This applies to both technical and none technical processes and systems.

Provide operations support and act as help desk to retail, school service and affiliate sales teams.

Assist with UAT and testing processes on new developments in DAX, OE, OPUS, POS, Store Pick, etc.

Supportand troubleshoot the deployment of new technical developments, and processes such as Store Pick, OE, DAX, OPUS, POS.

Additional duties as assigned.
