Starting out as a student

After graduating from the CRST Driving Academy, you’ll be matched with an instructor for 28 days of on-the-road training with the industry’s highest student pay. Learn first-hand from an industry veteran as part of a driver team, gaining exposure to real-world driving situations such as load monitoring, driving in all conditions, practicing defensive driving techniques and more. After that, you can select any co-driver who lives in your area – even a friend or spouse to work through the shortest employment contract in the trucking field. As the largest team carrier with the longest average miles in the industry, you can increase your earnings even more!
