Generate inquiries and grow the Company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for researching, developing and supporting relationships with referral accounts that produce new business.
- Perform all phases of the sales process, including preparation and documentation of prospect outreach, follow-up, diagnosis of client needs, development of tailored Home Instead ® services. Maintain and nurture existing referral accounts. Target accounts include, but are not limited to, hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, funeral homes, etc.
- Respond to new client service inquiries and conduct new client assessments.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Home Instead Senior Care brand (including marketing efforts and public relations) and industry trends. Effectively present Home Instead Senior Care marketing materials and services to referral providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls presentations closed sales new revenue and follow-up activities.
- Maintain database of referrals and inquires.
- Conduct client/CAREGiver SM introductions as needed to support new clients
- Participate in various PR strategies in the communities and with the accounts we serve
- Education/Experience Requirements:
Related business or sales experience (consultative sales a plus)
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to work in the healthcare field
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
