large financial institution located in Newark, DE has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Fraud Analyst.
The Customer Service Fraud Analyst will be responsible for reviewing customer ATM/debit or credit card accounts for the prevention and detection of possible Fraud. They will also be responsible for more involved research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type.
Additional duties include:
- Complete inbound ATM/debit or credit card calls and take appropriate action based on transaction characteristics of greater complexity
- Assesses the level of risk and makes decisions which directly impact the customer experience and risk
- Reviews and analyzes accounts and customer situations that may require differentiated treatment or specialized resolution.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Banking/financial industry experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
Hours: 2nd shift varies between 10:30AM-9:00PM
