Auntie Anne’s is a premier bakery making hand-rolled pretzel products from our fresh dough every thirty minutes or less. We have both full & part-time positions available in the following areas:
Shift Supervisor
Individual will possess the following experience & qualities:
- Experience supervising a quick serve food operation –a plus
- Hands-on. Will train to be proficient in all aspects of the daily operations i.e. rolling, baking, selling, marketing
- Detail-oriented; Leads by example
- Possess excellent communication & customer skills
- Possess high-energy and enthusiasm
- Work to achieve daily sales goals through specials, etc.
- Direct & Train team members as needed-
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Knowledge of Food Handling Health/Safety Rules
- Dependable; Honest; Trustworthy
