THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to oversee our recently-launched Chipotle Rewards program and participate in the transformation of our brand and organizational culture. You’ll be energized by, and passionate about, this transformation with a desire to play a pivotal role in creating a lifestyle brand and shaping a best-in-class work environment. As Loyalty Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with partners across the Marketing and eCommerce Departments and report directly to our Director, Loyalty and CRM.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Establish the roadmap and execute the strategic vision for a compelling loyalty program that builds on the Chipotle brand

· Develop and execute loyalty marketing initiatives heavily focused on member retention and engagement

· Manage acquisition and win-back strategies to grow the active base of program

· Use data-backed measurement and analysis to constantly test, refine and scale campaigns

· Drive program enhancements and innovation

· Continually identify creative ways to leverage loyalty to tactically support Chipotle’s business and strategic priorities

· Monitor and report on competitive programs to ensure program relevance

· Partner directly with the manager of targeted marketing to deliver a seamless experience for members across email, SMS and push

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

· 3-5 years of retention marketing experience specifically within CRM, loyalty marketing, email and digital marketing

· Passion for Chipotle and the restaurant industry with a track record of customer-first marketing

· Strong understanding of existing and emerging loyalty marketing best practices and technologies

· Proven experience in testing methodologies, versioning and personalization

· Strong vendor management experience

· Ability to multitask and juggle multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
