About this job

Aerotek's client is immediately looking to hire for an Office Support Administrator to help with peak season. This is a full-time opportunity in Sterling VA. The hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.

Job Qualifications

  • 1 year of Customer Service experience.
  • 1 year of Microsoft Office.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • This person will be responsible for scheduling and confirming all residential deliveries.
  • Scheduling and confirming all residential deliveries.
  • Answering phones and calling customers to schedule/confirm deliveries.
  • Responsible making anywhere from 20-80 calls on a daily basis
  • Candidates will be working in Microsoft Office, primarily excel and Microsoft office.
  • Will be using a CRM AS400 to scheduling.
