  • Manage external vendors, holding them accountable to timelines, budgets and asset development.
  • Project management responsibilities will include plan development, budget management and project communications across internal teams.
  • Continually utilize best practices to drive ongoing growth and engagement of digital platforms owned by the EB+C team. Platforms include websites, social media channels, email marketing systems and native applications.
  • Responsible for regular evaluation of platform analytics to identify audience trends, ways to improve user adoption/engagement and increase overall growth and influence of the EB+C channels.
  • Ability to think creatively in a constantly changing social environment about how to maximize our content and budget to achieve maximum exposure and results.
  • Work closely with larger EB+C team to develop key messaging and execute integrated communications plans across digital channels.
YOU ARE WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR IF:
  • You are a collaborative; team player who knows how to get results.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple project activities with minimal supervision.
  • You can understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, direction, and personal styles.
  • You thrive in providing a high level of service to internal partners.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • You are persistent; enjoy coming up with new ideas and going outside the lines of existing norms.
