Sales Consultant - Job Description:

Our Sales Consultants are responsible for working with customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the vehicle to meet their needs, and ensuring a world-class customer satisfaction experience.

Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customer and determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road
• Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase
• Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
• Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle
• Address customer concerns
• Meet dealership sales goals
  
  

Sales Consultant - Job Requirements:

• Previous auto sales experience is not required but is a Plus!
• Candidates with Sales Experience in any field are welcome!
• Professional appearance and strong communications skills
• Basic computer skills
• Proven track record
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer-focused attitude
• Team oriented
