We are seeking an experience Operator 4 for First Quality Hygienic. This position will be located in McElhattan.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Observes all safety rules and uses the proper safety equipment at all times.
  • Follows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations/guidelines.
  • Maintains quality standards for the product.
  • Ensures the proper raw materials are in place and covered when not in use.
  • Keeps the machine and the surrounding area clean.
  • Assists maintenance personnel as required.
  • Completes all necessary paperwork properly.
  • Operates assigned machine competently and productively.
  • Follows instructions of the group lead and supervisors.
  • Performs other duties as necessary when directed to do so
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Fundamental knowledge of a computer or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate orally and written.
  • Ability to multi-task; operate machine, perform quality checks, correct machine faults and complete paperwork.
  • Ability to operate the electric pallet lifts.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Manufactuing experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing/walking during 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional bending, climbing, kneeling, and reaching overhead throughout shift.
  • Occasional pushing and pulling with arms and legs throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting or carrying of boxes weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent repetitive use of hands and occasional repetitive use of foot control.
  • Frequent light grasping and occasional firm grasping with hands throughout shift.
  • Operation of forklift may be required.
  • Daily sweeping and organizing floor and work area.
