Guest Experience Leader - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:
Greet guests and communicate with customers at entry on ordering path
Assists guest at the kiosks, especially parents with young children
Assist guests & creating feel-good moments
Offers assistance to families
Check backs to ensure guests have what they need
Ensure children receive a kid treat – balloons, smiley faces etc. kids
Handles guests’ concerns
Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback & recommendations
Creating a Wow experience for all guests
