We have a client in Livermore who has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Specialist with recent experience in the construction industry.

We have a client in Livermore who has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Specialist with recent experience in the construction industry.
Duties include:
- Full Cycle Accounts Payable
- Checks and approves all vouchers for payment
- Prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary
- Prepares accounts payable checks
- Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files
- Prepares analysis of accounts, as required
- Communicate effectively with Client(s), Subcontractors, Sub-tiers, and Suppliers accounting staff to resolve and maintain monthly billing issues and approvals
- Processing pre-liens from Subcontractors and suppliers
- Track and request Lien Releases
- Preparation and processing of loan draws
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Excel skills required
- Detailed oriented with outstanding follow through
- 3 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
