Training Directors exhibit and teach passionate, friendly, and genuine customer service. The Training Director must become a professional in each position to demonstrate the “Chick-fil-A way” of completing every task. The Training Director will continuously work with the team in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence, while creating a positive work culture.

Pay Type: Starting at $14/hr

Responsibilities:

- Develops Team Members through a training program and coaching
- Oversees & delegates tasks to Trainers
- Conducts assessments & evaluations of team members
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to Owner/Operator for appropriate handling
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect, while providing them with direction and feedback
- Serves as subject matter expert to team members for ongoing hospitality and service support
- Leads all aspects of quality guest relations, ensuring that 2nd Mile Service is delivered at all times
- Complete understanding of all positions in both the front and back of the store
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to - - 10 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

Required Qualifications:

- Prior Chick-fil-A experience is required
- Must have open availability
- Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team
- Basic computer competency
