About this job
Design floral arrangements. Prepare flowers and plants. Maintain an adequate amount of fresh flowers - plants and related merchandise at all times. Provide a superior quality product that satisfies the customers expectations. Working knowledge of the department functions to enable the Designer to perform all duties of the Floral Manager in the Managers absence. Must be at least eighteen years of age. Previous floral design training is required with a minimum of two years experience in a related job. Previous floral education and certification required. Ability to attend and complete FTD Design Club testing and certification within one year of employment. Working in varied weather conditions - and working alone in a busy environment.
