We are seeking reliable Loss Prevention Security Officer in High End retail locations located in the Paramus, NJ and Hackensack, NJ areas. As a loss prevention officer you will monitor the store location using established protocols, greet guests, and report any suspicious activity immediately. Loss prevention officer need to possess strong observation abilities, sharp critical thinking skills, and have effective communication skills. You must be able to identify suspicious behavior and taking careful note of anything out of the ordinary.

As a loss prevention officer you will monitor the store location using established protocols, greet guests, and report any suspicious activity immediately. Loss prevention officer need to possess strong observation abilities, sharp critical thinking skills, and have effective communication skills. You must be able to identify suspicious behavior and taking careful note of anything out of the ordinary.
Essential Duties May Include:
- Observing
- Active Listening
- Critical Thinking
- High school diploma/GED
- Must be able to obtain a New Jersey Security Officer License (SORA Card)
- Prior High End Retail security experience a plus
- Must have reliable means of transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
- With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
