Umansky Toyota is hiring now for a RECEPTIONIST for our SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We are looking for a people-person who is professional and able to multi-task in a fun, fast-paced environment. If you would like to get in on the ground floor of a high-volume dealership, then this is a great opportunity for you! Selected applicants will have experience with receptionist and general clerical office duties.

Receptionist - Job Description:

The Service Department Receptionist provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries, requests and asking questions to ensure needs are understood. Focuses on teamwork, listening, speaking and writing effectively. General clerical duties will also be required.

Receptionist - Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones.
• Greet all customers in person promptly and assist as necessary.
• Set service reservations.
• Monitor the coffee pot and snacks in the lounge, and maintain customer waiting areas and playroom
• Clear the phone voice mail boxes frequently for service administrators
• Monitor the service department general e-mail and respond or forward as necessary
• Maintain a positive, approachable attitude when dealing with customers.
• Take the initiative to help others as needed.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork through actions and words.
• Responsible for other duties which may be assigned.
