Tommy John, in partnership with Headway Workforce Solutions, is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator in Washington, DC and surrounding areas. In this role you will become the face of our brand and our mission at various retailers.


As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will:
  • Schedule visits with retail departments or store managers and meet with manager upon arrival
  • Ensure stock is on the floor
  • Merchandise according to Tommy John directive and negotiate space as possible
  • Train and inspire management, visual team and sales associates
  • Complete store visit report with before/after photography for each visit

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in sales, retail, merchandising, and / or fashion
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional floor merchandising skills
  • Results-focused, team-oriented, and articulate

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability and willingness to stand for the entirety of your shift
  • Must be physically able to stand, walk and go up and down stairs
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through speech and listening in loud and crowded locations
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without limitations and ability to stand for more than 5 hours at a time
  • Must be capable of bending and kneeling, reaching and lifting and squatting for short periods of time etc.
