About this job
We are seeking an energetic and passionate team player to join our client's team as a DIRECT HIRE Junior Recruiter. As a recruiter, you would engage with candidates as initial point of contact, and partner with the hiring managers to finding the right people to support their service focused teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with internal management to determine requirements for the right candidate
- Publish job ads on career websites and job boards
- Network with local partner agencies to source candidates
- Screen resumes and applications
- Conduct phone interviews and in person (individual and group) interviews to provide qualified candidate list to internal manager
- Administrative tasks related to recruitment and retention
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and time-management skills, must be bilingual Spanish speaking, and have minimum 1 year of recruiting experience.
