About this job
Seeking high-energy, hard-working and detailed oriented managers who enjoy working with teams of up to 20 individuals in a fast-paced environment. As the shift operational expert, you will be responsible for training and developing existing crew on new procedures, coordinating staff and carrying out genuine customer service. The position requires handling customer complaints, continued adherence to company policies and ethical business practices. McDonald’s managers are required, at times, to hire, schedule and train individuals to work all stations.
