We are seeking two (2) Shift Coordinators with a minimum of two (2) years college and /or previous QSR experience within the last five years. Our ideal candidates should exhibit the following behaviors:

The Shift Coordinator is responsible for restaurant operations during assigned shifts when management is not present.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a Highly Satisfied Guest Experience by delegating your staff to maintain your restaurant’s overall cleanliness  which includes the exterior, interior, restrooms and kitchen
• Professional, timely, and accurate order taker friendliness by you and your staff
• Provide guidance and training to crew members during shift
• Direct efficient and accurate preparation of products
• Drive increased restaurant profitability through you and your staff through suggestive selling
• Perform various administrative duties as required during your shift (i.e. travel paths, shift checklists, cash drawer and shift deposit)
