Office Sales - Full-time

A fast growing Stage Lighting company in El Monte needs a Full-time Inside Sales Agent and Outside Sales Agent with long-term aspirations. 

This job requires in-depth knowledge of dj equipment and stage lighting. We seek a person who is very motivated, detail oriented, and a team player. 

Job duties: 
- Establish and maintain client relationships through customer service and constant contact via phone, email and in person visits. 
- Schedule and attend regular appointment with clients to show products
- Attend networking, marketing and industry events when needed
- Provide support and work closely with other sales and business development to promote new business
- Regularly update and input data
- Be able to work under stress and keep a monthly quota

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Must be motivated and a self-starter
- 2-3 Years customer service experience 
- 1-2 years inside sales experience 
- Experience in the stage lighting or DJ industry 

Pluses: 
- BS degree (completed or in progress) 
- Computer programming skills (HTML, CSS, script, photo shop, illustrator) 
- Background in music, dj, video, or electronics repair.
