Desk Manager

Responsibilities:

• Open and close facility.
• Take party reservations, including up-selling of party extras offered by BounceU.
• Operate cash register.
• Oversee parties and party guests. Responsible for overall safety and satisfaction of guests.
• Direct staff as needed to check in parties, take care of any party extras, keep parties on schedule, clean-up of facility, etc.
• Responsible for addressing any injuries that may occur during a party (provide ice packs, Band-Aids, etc).

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be energetic, positive, reliable individuals who enjoy working with kids of all ages and are seeking a rewarding and enjoyable work environment.
• Customer service experience or can demonstrate their strength in customer service.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Internet

•  Comfortable with computers

•  Reliable [attendance, on-time is Critical]

• Flexibility in availability
• Organized, multi-tasker

• Good communication skills [written and verbal]

• Outgoing and enjoys children
