Production Crew Chief - Full-time

24-hr emergency fire and water damage cleanup service looking for hard-working, dependable, customer-service oriented people for labor intensive position.

Duties include, working in all weather conditions; cleaning up water (includes sewage) and fire damaged buildings utilizing specialized equipment; cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, personal property; demolition, lifting heavy equipment and personal property; mold removal; carpet/upholstery cleaning; duct cleaning; and death/trauma scene cleanup. Other job expectations include working overtime at a moments notice and being on-call during non-business hours, weekends, and all holidays per schedule/s.

Job Qualifications:

• Clean driving and criminal record. Do not apply if you have a felony and conviction of DUI, theft and violence.

• Drug-free.

• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, internet, basic typing.

• Reliable transportation to/from work.

• Flexible schedule in order to work scheduled hours and be on-call.

• Be proficient in communications, both verbal and written.

• Construction background or knowledge of how buildings are built is extremely desirable.

• Be able to lift 75 or more without restrictions.

• Enjoy working with people follow directions.

• Be able to problem-solve.

• Able to drive larger trucks (not semis) following state and federal rules of the road: extended work vans and box trucks.

• Must be mechanically inclined since you will be working with equipment.

• Honest, hardworking and has leadership qualities.

Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations.

Comply with safety policies as outlined in the Safety Manual. Utilize cleaning products, mechanical equipment, and personal protective equipment properly. Maintain a clean, safe work area.

Enroll in all relevant training programs and achieve all relevant production certifications. Examples include ECTP and WRT.

Part-time and full-time positions available. We offer vacation, sick time, paid holidays, and bonuses for emergency services if the job came in after hours and health insurance. Overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40 hours per week.
