Team Member (Front Counter/Kitchen)

Non-negotiable items: No tattoos visible to the customer when wearing a short sleeved t-shirt. Females:  Earrings must be limited to one pair of plain stud earrings and hair that falls around face must be tied back.   Males: Facial hair, other than a neatly trimmed mustache, is unacceptable, may not wear earrings and hair must not fall below midpoint of collar in the back, below midpoint of ear on the sides or below eyebrows on the forehead.

Requires a high sense of urgency and appreciation for quality. It is an extremely high-paced environment. Requires high energy, extremely personable individual that is self-motivated, able to see what needs to be done and complete it without constant supervision.  Enjoys interacting with large crowds.  Proven ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills.  Must be capable of working long shifts on their feet. General responsibilities include but are not limited to: stocking, serving guests, cleaning,  food preparation, cooking and fulfilling all guest needs. Characteristics we are looking for include: love to learn, respect for others, highly attentive, display hospitality and professionalism  to our guest, customer service skills, engaging, hard worker, high energy and motivated.
