Assistant Restaurant Marketing Director
This person will work for Chick-fil-A at 59 and Little York by assisting in marketing/public relations for that Restaurant. The ARMD is hired by the Restaurant Marketing Director, Store Leadership and Operator. The ARMD reports to the Restaurant Marketing Director and Operator
ARMD responsibilities include:
- Working with the Operator and Restaurant Marketing Director to create a marketing plan
- Assists RMD with executing the marketing plan
- Tracking redemptions
- Monitoring effectiveness
- Building relationships within the community (Some RMDs have done this by distributing PALs/BOGs at community events, distributing food and catering menus to local businesses, setting up cross-promotions and school programs, as well as involving Chick-fil-A in community-wide events.)
Job Characteristics:
- 35-40 Hours per week
- Assistant RMD will work in store
- Serve as the in-house marketing hostess
- Specific hours vary depending on the task to be accomplished (e.g. may occasionally involve Saturdays or nights)
- Use of a personal vehicle is required for community related work.
- Outside Sales or previous marketing experience is a plus.
- Serve as a part time office assistant
