Production Specialist (BOH Team Member) - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently looking for hard working, energetic Production Specialists (BOH Team Members). Take advantage of flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Checks oil levels and temperatures.
2. Mixes batter and hush puppy mix.
3. Assembles/disassembles cooking station.
4. Cooks product in hot oil or microwave.
5. Places proper food on each plate for each order.
6. Strains hot oil in vats.
7. Prepares precooked product for cooking.
8. Rotates and cleans oil.
9. Operates filter machine.
10. Stocks/de-stocks reach-in cooler.
11. Breaks and tubs fish.

 SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain cleanliness of exterior and grounds.
2. Scrubs/shovels sidewalk.
3. Removes trash from containers.
4. Unload delivery truck as required.
5. Stock inventory following company rotation policies.
6. Check inventory lists.
7. Clean behind/under/around/inside the vats.
8. Disassemble/assemble/clean filter machine.
9. Sweep and mop floors.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
