Job Summary
We are seeking a Kitchen Manager at our fast paced 50s Diner. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants operational performance and financial well-being. You will be a hands on working manager leading staff and ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a has mastery level experience on the grill and is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. Position to be filled immediately. Starting pay is $75,000/year plus additional bonuses are available for keeping food costs and payroll within company guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate an efficient line and kitchen while leading by example
• Train and manage employees
• Lead team in producing high quality products
• Maintain food cost and inventory
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Place food orders

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous restaurant management experience
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
