We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a 12-week contract basis and provide essential therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping individuals achieve their maximum level of independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations to determine appropriate treatment plans

- Develop individualized treatment goals and interventions to address patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges

- Provide hands-on therapy to improve basic motor skills, mobility, and self-care abilities

- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance their independence

- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure optimal treatment outcomes

- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers

- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in the field of occupational therapy to continuously improve patient care

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Experience working with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors

- Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of occupational therapy
