Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Soliant Health is currently seeking two dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time positions within a school district in San Ysidro, California. These are onsite roles, working 40 hours per week during the uping school year. Bilingual candidates are highly desired, and previous experience with Augmentative and Alternative munication (AAC) devices is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and munication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on evaluation results and student needs
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the education team to develop and implement strategies and acmodations to support students' speech and language development in the classroom and home environments
  • Administer and interpret standardized assessments and use informal measures to monitor student progress
  • Provide training and support to teachers and parents regarding speech and language strategies and techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, treatment plans, and other required records

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
  • Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired
  • Previous experience with Augmentative and Alternative munication (AAC) devices is preferred
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
