Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Hunovia’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience: No prior experience required.
