Facility is looking for an experienced Hospitalist for 2 locations, starting in December. Provider must be open to work at both sites.

SCHEDULE :

• Physician shifts- 7a-7p (2 physicians) and 7p-7a (1 physicians)
• Daily encounters 10-15
• APP shifts- 7a-7p (2 APP s)
• Daily encounters 7-10

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• EMR- EPIC
• Daily census- 20-25 daily per team
• Nightly admissions- Low night admissions (5-10 is a lot and it s early in the night)
• Number of ICU beds- 8 (OPEN ICU)
• Specialty Coverages- cardiologist, neurologist, OB, Pulmonology
• Procedures Required- Due to open ICU hospitalist need to be skilled in intubation and preferably central lines. Hospitalists respond to codes
• They have 31 med surg beds/private rooms. They can double up if needed.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Please submit rates and availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
• MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) - REQUIRED
• MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
• PROCEDURAL LOGS required from every Provider within the past 12 months (ie. - April 2023 Present) reflecting Central Lines, Intubations, & Vents - REQUIRED during credentialing, please notate these are attainable
• Ohio license- REQUIRED , not accepting IMLC
• COVID vaccination - REQUIRED
