• Need provider to work 3-5 days per week on-site
• Must agree to 1:3 call

• Anesthesiologist, psychiatrists, and surgeon all on-site

Requirements:

• 1 year minimum experience
• 1 year commitment
• DEA, ACLS, BLS
• Will accept candidates willing to obtain license
